Do you know someone 60 or older that would benefit from receiving a note or card by mail for birthdays or just to say thinking of you? Or maybe for yourself!

Provide us with the following information

NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, BIRTH MONTH (for birthday greetings)

We need your name and email address in case we have any questions.  Anna's Place Mission will  not sell these addresses nor will we use them for marketing or solicitations.
